Terms of Agreement
- Once we've agreed a written contract it could be difficult
to change as some players may have other commitments. We will
of course always do our best to accomodate you.
- The client and the Quartet agree on the duration, start and
finish times, fee etc and then sign a contract. On signing the
contract the client will pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and
the remainder in cash on the day.
- Cancellation Terms.
If you find that you have to cancel, the following terms will
apply:-
1. 2 calendar months* and longer. Loss of deposit only.
2. Less than 2 calendar months*. Half of the full fee (less the
deposit) will be payable.
3. Less than 1 calendar month*. The full fee (less the deposit)
shall be payable.
* One calendar month is from e.g. the 10th of February to the
10th of March.
- These cancellation terms are required because we have to turn
down any other engagements for your date.
